I think all of Miley Cyrus' problems come down to bad management. She needs to hire a team that will recognize that the singer is not of age. It doesn't matter if sex sells. It doesn't matter if it will help boost her career - the fact remains that Miley is a MINOR.

Everyone was asked for a comment (Fox, Miley's team, Disney) and only Disney responded... with a no comment.
"Hannah Montana," said, "Disney Channel won't be commenting on that performance, although parents can rest assured that all content presented on the Disney Channel is age-appropriate for our audience - kids 6-14 - and consistent with what our brand values are.Parents ? what do you think about the performance?
